Who Am I?
Inga Patterson is a strategic leader and experienced educator with over 13 years of experience in education, she has held numerous roles spanning community engagement, whole child development, social emotional learning and a commitment to equity and inclusion in education. Inga has spent 10+ years working in the elementary and middle school sectors as an educator at Universal Companies along with the Philadelphia School District where she currently holds the position of middle school Dean.
Inga currently serves as the board president of Power of Paint Art Academy, where she contributes expertise in early childhood education and development to help further the mission of educating the whole child. Inga holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration; a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Inga holds several educational certifications including AIMS Pathways and Brain Power Wellness; programs geared towards educating youths both academically and socially as well as being a part of the National Society of Leadership & Success. Inga is deeply committed to helping advance Power of Paints mission and remains committed to serving the community as well as fostering relationships that strengthen the organization and the community it serves.

Lady Spinelli Byrd is a purpose-driven leader, author, and community advocate with a multidisciplinary background spanning communications, finance, wellness, and nonprofit development. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communications while currently studying to obtain a Bachelor's of Science in Alternative Medicines and brings nearly a decade of experience building mission-aligned initiatives that center education, empowerment, and sustainable impact.
In 2016, Spinelli launched the Spinelli Said iT brand, a platform focused on life purpose, financial literacy, and holistic personal development. She is a licensed finance professional since 2016 and a certified life purpose coach through the Life Purpose Institute since 2017, uniquely positioning her at the intersection of mindset, money, and mission. Also in 2017, she founded Logan Artwell Foundation dedicated to cerebral palsy awareness, advancing education and advocacy efforts within underserved communities.
Spinelli is the author of two published books and was recognized as a 30 Under 30 Trendsetter in 2018 for her leadership and community impact. Since relocating to South Florida in 2019, she has remained actively engaged in local fundraising, PTA initiatives, and grassroots community advocacy.
She brings to board service a collaborative, systems-oriented lens, with a deep commitment to equity, stewardship, and mission-aligned growth.
