We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals and overseeing the progress of operations. You will also provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff members of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management.
The Community Outreach Specialist supports a comprehensive youth development program for school-age, transition age, young adults, and their families. The Community Outreach Specialist will assist in coordinating the development and implementation of an out-of-school youth program, at Power of Paint, that promotes youth leadership development, health and wellness, positive relationships, and educational and economic success. Using a relationship-based outreach model within a framework of youth development, culturally responsive family and personal healing, and social equity, the Community Outreach Specialist will engage, empower, and coalesce resources. This position will be responsible for providing youth leadership and prevention activities out of school, facilitating support groups, street youth outreach, assisting clients and their families by connecting or creating services in Philadelphia city & surrounding counties, including but not limited to; intensive contact with youth as needed, referrals to other programs/agencies, outreach events, engage in after school program and conducting/coordinating community education and cultural celebrations, youth-led organizing, and media promotion.
The Youth Empowerment Peer (YEP) Specialist will be an individual who will utilize their experiences to collaborate with, coach, and challenge individuals to view their life situations as an opportunity for growth and change within each individual’s journey. The YEP Specialist will aid providers and youth/young adults to move toward building connection, helping each other understand how we’ve come to know what we know, redefining help as a co-learning and growing process, and helping each other move toward what is wanted rather than away from what is not wanted. The Youth Peer Support Specialist will accomplish this through direct support of youth/young adults as a peer mentor relationship, by helping agencies develop services that are youth-guided, and serving as a resource to youth/young adults served by Power of Paint.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, running errands, and other organizational tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, be able to act without guidance; should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Having a driver's license is mandatory; reliable transportation is a plus

A Teaching Artist is a direct line staff member that helps participants develop and strengthen academic, physical, creative, and social skills with instruction to young artists in the afterschool and summer day camp program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating safe learning environments to foster social development, modeling positive behavior, and supporting participant accomplishments. The Teaching Artist will be supported by the Program Coordinator/Creative Director
Overall Responsibilities
The Summer Camp Counselor is responsible for supervising campers and keeping them safe. Their duties include teaching children and teenagers outdoor and recreational skills, overseeing and planning camp activities, and learning and implementing emergency protocol efforts to ensure the protection of campers.
